So can we assume that he is an active member or just likes the name? Is there anything out there on the net (interview we can trust) where he says anything about the Church?

I love The Killers. My wife and I saw them live in Houston last year. Brandon Flowers opened the concert by yelling "HELLO, BROTHERS AND SISTERS!!!"
He objects to being called an ex-Mormon in this interview, which I thought was interesting. "Spin once described you as an ex-Mormon. Is religion important in your life? It's very important.
