mobile.cougarguard.com now takes you to the forum but it's not loading up the mobile stylesheet (which is configured correctly). I suspect that it's "forwarding" to the forum root instead of being "parked" on the forum root. In other words, delete the existing mobile.cougarguard.com subdomain and then when you recreate the subdomain put /public_html/forum as the document root but don't put anything related to forwarding the subdomain.
