strange that you should post this. This past Saturday European embassies here in DC had an "open house" day, so I visited a few of them. The Danish embassy was by far my favorite. They did a good job of promoting their country there, and I have been entertaining fantasies about moving there ever since. Glad to hear the food may be getting better.

Incidentally, my grandmother's people joined the church in Denmark and came over from there.
