If you had a son who was employed at a bank
and let's say you had a prophetic vision, that if stayed employed, he would die in a bank robbery.
Given he was just hired, he has two weeks to turn in notice of his resignation. Do you consider the cause of banking to be worth having your son die for?

If he is an at-will employee, have him work for 13 days and then just quit a day before the robbery that would have killed him.
Make sure he has a good alibi for the 14th day, as he would be an obvious suspect in the robbery.
