California's finances have been so bad that the governor's finance director, Mike Genest, told a budget forum in Washington last week that back in February he had combed through the U.S. Constitution to research whether California could legally declare bankruptcy -- or revert to some kind of territorial status. (Neither was realistic, he determined.)

Could you imagine? California becoming "the territory of California"? Like Guam?

UC students just had their fees increased by 32%.

Should be entertaining to watch the annual fiasco between the conservatives, the RINOs (including the flabby Terminator), and the democrats/communists at the state capitol. Eventually throw in Gov. Moonbeam's return, and then things will get even better. Bring out the popcorn!
