I'll be very disappointed if the first Asian-American member of SCOTUS is a Sotomayor. In other words, a relative intellectual lightweight, who just happens to have the right genes, a passable pedigree, and hasn't pissed off the wrong people.

The first Asian-American member of SCOTUS better be the lion of the court.
