I did a google images search (safe search on) for "Lisa Boomer Sooner" and the first pic was a couple at an OU game. I clicked on the link to the blog (winanemmy) and the couple is an LDS couple living in Oklahoma. They were married this summer in the provo temple.

So that explains it. I thought that was a particularly not very Sooner looking photo.
