Default Texas' infurating action against the FLDS

Piece on NPR this morning.

By law, the state is required to outline the steps that parents must take to get their kids back, as well as address each kid's specific situation. This is by statute.

Well, Texas says "this is too complicated, so we are using the same boilerplate for each kid." In other words, they are flatly saying "we are going to violate this statute, but it is ok."

If the judges go along with these shenanigans, they will have crossed a line. It would mock justice and the rule of law.
