Here is your latest tidbit of wacko Utah politics. Under the guise of "protecting children", Utah congressman Chris Cannon is attempting to prevent federal courts from reviewing the constitutionality of Utah legislation. What a horrible idea.

Let's hope history repeats itself and this is just a cheap campaign stunt:

Cannon introduced the same bill in 2006, but it never made it out of committee.
