according to David Zabriskie. He had an article in the latest Bicycling magazine and talks a little about how he's been hit three times in Utah and not once anywhere else. Now I'm sure most of his miles are in the SLC area but he feels strongly enough about it that he is starting some cause in Utah to make people aware of the problem.

The little I've ridden in Utah I've got to agree with him. Why is this?
