So, we should vote for a guy just because he graduated from Harvard?
That is quite possibly the most idiotic reason I've ever heard to cast a vote for POTUS. I'm guessing the author of the e-mail is a liberal pointy-headed academic who has never had a job in the private sector.

What if Barack Obama was a war hero and John McCain an Arab Terrorist?
This is what bullcrap does. It obfuscates, marginalizes, and dismisses actual qualities in either candidate and enhances pretended qualities in both when there is in fact no substance to either.

Romney had a Harvard degree in business and in law, and at Bain Capital had far more public sector experience. Little good that did him in getting elected. And Romney had all sorts of high minded private education as well.

Romney is a no-nonsense automaton who makes it far too obvious that he doesn't like to mingle with the rabble. That makes it impossible for him to win the nomination. He would, however, have made a great VP.

But I suppose, except for a minor little detail, such as a likable personality and being electable, he would have been a good technocrat type president. It's just those public appearances where he falls short. If we could have gone back to the days of Lincoln, but alas dear Yorick (sp?)(where's a librarian when you need one), I knew him not well. Do I get his specs?

Didnt you see him hanging out with black kids along the campaign trail? He even said, "who let the dogs out?"
