I'm down 18 pounds since Jan 3rd. Now I'm at 250. I hope to be close to the 30's in one week.

If you don't mind me asking, how many calories are you taking in and what is your exercise routine? |

Where I work is pretty much the gates of Hell if you're trying to eat well.
one day as I walked to the restroom I passed by doughnuts, bagels, candy, chips and cookies.... all for the taking. I have to decline something new each day.

When I've dieted here and there, it's the exercise that makes a world of difference. Simply eating well keeps my weight the same; but it's the combination of eating well and exercising that makes the pounds come off. I've seen a number of overweight people who stop eating junk food but don't get any exercise, and wonder why their weight stays the same.

It's been 3 weeks since I stopped drinking caffeine and severely limited my pop intake. In that time alone I've dropped nearly 10 pounds. That's come without any real exercise at this point either.
It's amazing what happens when you drop ridiculous amounts of empty calories from your diet and replace them with water, vitamin water, and a couple of healthy snacks like a banana or orange throughout the day. My target is 175. I was 195 when I started and as of Monday I was at 186. I'm 6'2, but considering my thin frame, I think 175 is my perfect weight. After I get back to that point, then I'll concentrate on toning back up. Gotta get rid of my Buddah.

Dropped 9 lbs. total now since hitting the gym again. I haven't been super picky about what I eat, but have been watching portions. I am probably around 2000 calories a day.
