CB hits new form of silliness
Lifi just posted this on cougarboard: "For the life of me, I do not understand how you can be a member in good standing and a liberal democrat." http://www.cougarboard.com/noframes/...tml?id=2016954
Seriously, it boggles my mind that some people actually believe this kind of stuff. I enjoy debates, but this isn't even a debate. Does someone really need to spend hours talking to someone that starts off on such a baseless and uneducated position like this? |

Why is that strange? If you are a Democrat, you hate God. |

lol, fair enough.
I am just curious as to how republicans stay members of the church when they rejoice in war and in the killing of innocent women and innocent children. |

The first stage is denial. If I keep pressing, I imagine anger will soon follow. But I don't need to remind you; as a democrat, you must be familiar with the 12 steps... |

Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!! Religion rises inevitably from our apprehension of our own death. To give meaning to meaninglessness is the endless quest of all religion. When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith. |

Unfortunately there's nothing new about this kind of silliness on CB.
