Default McCain is at war with the media

and with honesty.

What is he doing? If you are going to challenge people to find any connection between your campaign manager and Fannie or Freddie, you really ought to know ahead of time that your campaign manager was paid by the mortgage giants until last month for "access" to John McCain! Rick Davis himself said there was no connection, and said there hadn't been since 2005. Now it is clear he approached Fannie personally in 2006 and asked them to continue making payments for access to McCain and that his company has rendered literally no documented services for that money.

Surely everyone here who was outraged that Obama received lots of campaign contributions from Fannie employees will be outraged about this...

is at war with McCain and Palin. I don't see the media attacking Ohbama or Biden, by reporting made-up sleeze. Do you?

McCain should take a page out of the Obama playbook and hire a private PR firm to run false ads defaming him.

Actually, that's McCain's playbook, circa April 2008. Try to keep up, Tex.

Right. We've seen lots of stories attacking Obama's kids.

now that's a reliable source. OK, here are a couple of simple questions (apply to both candidates):

1) How much contributions they they receive from the Freddie and Fannie?
2) How often did each candidate vote against their party line?

Which the McCain campaign is now denouncing. Yawn. Is there a difference between the NYT and the HuffingtonPost anymore?
