He has no business raising the capital gains tax to 20%. Pelagius I'm sure understands it much better than I, but there are plenty of journals supporting the capital gains rate at its current rate and many other countries also maintain a low capital gains rate.

Buffett's an ass who likes to hear himself talk. He has so much wealth and diversity of investments, no matter what he does, he'll find a way to make money.
