Possibly 1 million Germans to attend Obama speech tonight.

Unreal. That speaks both to his appeal and to the total destruction Bush has wrought on our foreign relations, which Germans appear to be reacting to now by supporting the opposition candidate. |

And we all know that the Germans have impeccable taste when it comes to politicians.

In other news, 60% of the french support Obama.
It's like the decision is being made for me.

I wonder if he could charge admission and count it as personal income, exempt from FEC restrictions on foreign donations. He said the speech wasn't political. If he only charged a one or two Euros, he could have quite a haul.

I doubt that one million Germans in aggregate have listented to GWB speak.
Obamania continues to spread across the map of global domination. Next stop: Irkutsk, Yakutsk, and Kamchatka!

Yawn. Germans favored Kerry to Bush by a margin of 74% to 10%.

Nice.
Except I dont think he was using Germany's enthusiasm as a barometer for a domestic election....rather, a measure of how markedly our foreign relations will improve the day GWB leaves office. Your statistic bears that out.....Europe prefers pretty much anyone over GWB. Thanks for supporting my point with such a compelling statistic, Tex!

Is there any solid reason to believe that Obama can do the latter? |
