Maybe Christmas doesn't come from a store...
All this bleating here about "McCain isn't a true conservative." What these people really mean is that he doesn't have SOCIALLY CONSERVATIVE bona fides. Maybe what we have learned in this election is that the religious right is truly not a majory factor when it comes to voting in a national election, they are on the fringe, they are a paper tiger, there's no bite or roar. We've been cow towing to these nut jobs while we had nothing to fear from them. They wore no clothes. Could that be it?
